The Love Notes section of our chapter newsletter is where our members, for a donation of any amount, can post personal messages in memory of their children / granchildren / siblings.  

To submit a Love Note donation online, please complete the form below.

Please remember to include the name of the child, grandchild or sibling in whose memory you are making this donation.

Please specify which month you would like your message posted in our chapter newsletter.

*Love Notes for the next monthly newsletter must be received by the 15th of the previous month.

When the form has been completed, click on the Donate button.  You will then be transferred to our chapter PayPal account, where you will be able to process your payment.

Steps to Donate online without a PayPal account

If you prefer not to donate online, you  may download and print the Love Note form.  Simply follow the instructions to complete the form and mail it to our chapter Treasurer.
